Paraffin wax molding machine operation inspection points
As a mechanical equipment, the paraffin molding machine is likely to malfunction after long-term high-load operation if maintenance and inspection are not taken. Therefore, in order to avoid hidden dangers such as equipment failure, in addition to taking maintenance and repair measures, we can also perform operational inspections on it. For example:
1. All connecting parts and fasteners must not be loose; there must be no oil leakage or oil seepage at all seals and joints.
2. The operation of the fully automatic paraffin molding machine should be balanced and normal, and there should be no impact, vibration or abnormal noise.
3. After the equipment has been running for 200 to 300 hours, the initial oil change can be performed, and regular inspections of the oil should be maintained during subsequent use to check the quality of the oil, the possibility of mixing impurities or deteriorated oil, and if any abnormalities occur. The deteriorated oil should be replaced in time.
4. If the equipment works continuously for a long time, the lubricating oil should be replaced with new lubricating oil every 5,000 hours or one year. The paraffin molding machine must be replaced with new lubricating oil before restarting it when it is out of operation. The type of lubricating oil should be the same as that used before the outage. Mixing of different brands or different types of lubricating oil is not allowed.
