In view of the shortcomings of traditional processes, this research group also conducted research on waste and simple molding utilization technologies, proposed a hot air melt molding process, and conducted several rounds of prototype design and experimental research. The hot air circulation melting molding process is a new process for waste. This recycling process eliminates the crushing link in the traditional process, reduces the cost of recycling equipment, and also avoids secondary pollution to the environment. Hot air circulation runs during use. The heat can be recycled and reused, saving electricity. Hot air circulation melting is to heat the hot air circulation to reach its melting point and form a molten state. The molten state is then extruded through a screw and then molded and recycled.
Research on the waste process using hot air circulation melting. Based on the application concept and design plan of the recycling process, Zhou Xianhua designed a vertical hot air circulation melting fully automatic paraffin molding machine and its structural principle.

A prototype of a vertical fully automatic paraffin wax molding machine was manufactured according to the design plan. Through the test of the prototype, the experimental results verified that the hot air circulation melt recovery process is feasible. On this basis, the outlet mold and pelletizing device were designed and manufactured. , and conducted prototype testing. Melt extrusion can be carried out through experiments, but the effect is not good, and there are some shortcomings: the mixing shaft and screw of the prototype rotate coaxially, and the screw speed cannot be adjusted; another shortcoming of the prototype is the extrusion screw The outlet position is at the bottom of the equipment, which is not convenient for the installation and pelletizing of the extrusion molding die. It is also inconvenient to operate, and there is no air-cooling recovery device.
Based on the vertical fully automatic paraffin wax molding machine, a horizontal hot air melting fully automatic paraffin wax molding machine was designed and developed by changing the recycling form.
The working principle of the horizontal fully automatic paraffin molding machine is: the hopper is added to the melting chamber, and is heated and melted under the stirring action of the stirring blade on the stirring shaft. After melting, it falls through the screen under the stirring shaft onto the screw at the bottom, and the rear screw Rotate to extrude the molten state into shape. The mixing shaft and screw of the horizontal fully automatic paraffin molding machine are not axial, and the screw is arranged horizontally, which is beneficial to the installation of the extrusion die, pelletizing and recycling, and is easy to operate.
Although the horizontal fully automatic paraffin molding machine solves the shortcomings of the vertical fully automatic paraffin molding machine, the test results of the prototype also exposed some new problems - although the stirring shaft and screw are not axial, they are both made of the same A motor drives the operation, so in fact it is still impossible to achieve independent control of the screw and stirring shaft speeds; in the test, a large amount of melt will be deposited on the stirring shaft and stirring blade, only a small part falls into the screw, and the screw extrusion pressure is not high enough to Continuous extrusion and melting, sometimes even unable to extrude, no pelletizing and recycling is completed, and like the vertical type, there is no air cooling device.
Since both design options have problems and the test results do not meet the design requirements, this paper re-designs and analyzes the design flaws of the vertical and horizontal types, and proposes a design plan for a new fully automatic paraffin wax molding machine.
