(1)Influence of extrusion speed
The vibration of the fully automatic paraffin molding machine system is related to the stability of the system speed.The main influences of the molding speed are the rotation speed of the extrusion roller and the feeding speed.As the extrusion molding speed increases,the factors that can cause vibration of the extrusion roller will increase,such as:eccentricity of various rotating parts,various installation errors,rolling bearings The disturbance and other disturbances will intensify the vibration as the extrusion speed increases.
The vibration of the extrusion roller will cause changes in the extrusion roller gap,which will cause the volume of the material passing through per unit time to fluctuate.The higher the extrusion speed,the greater the change in material volume.In addition,after the material is extruded by pressure,the material loses pressure instantly in the release area of the extrusion roller outlet,and the material expands,causing a change in volume.If the extrusion molding speed is too fast,the volume deformation will be too fast,which will cause the material to break and the molding quality will be compromised.reduce.The extrusion roller of the fully automatic paraffin molding machine is generally gear driven.If the feeding speed is too fast,it will cause the material to accumulate in the gap of the extrusion roller,causing instantaneous changes in the extrusion roller gap and molding pressure,thus causing the extrusion roller level Movement of the extrusion roller will cause poor gear meshing and inaccurate transmission;moreover,changes in the extrusion roller gap will cause changes in the extrusion roller torque,which will directly affect the movement state of the extrusion roller.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the motion state of the squeeze roller based on its working characteristics.
(2)Influence of friction coefficient
Analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the extrusion roller shows that when the material moves to the small gap between the extrusion rollers,the friction force generated when the surface of the extrusion roller contacts the material is mainly determined by the properties of the material and the bite angle.Therefore,the friction between the contact surface between the extrusion roller and the material is an important factor affecting the stability of the extrusion roller movement.The lower the stability of the paraffin molding system,the more likely the system will vibrate.Due to the fluidity of powder materials,it is difficult to accurately measure the actual friction force during the extrusion molding process.In order to facilitate research,the friction coefficient of powder materials is used as the main analysis factor.
