During the maintenance work of the production line, the chain transmission parts of the two fully automatic paraffin molding machines often failed, such as frame jamming, chain tooth skipping, tension alarm, chain knotting, chain out of synchronization and other phenomena.
2. Analysis of common fault causes
The faults in the transmission part of the fully automatic paraffin molding machine are related to each other and influence each other: the resistance on the track and the sprocket is different, and the left and right chains are out of synchronization, causing the chain on one side to run fast and the chain on the other side to run slowly, so that the wax plate moves skewed. When the chain travels to the overturning guide rail, the chain and wax plate on one side are under greater stress, which can easily cause the frame to get stuck and the chain to jump, causing a tension alarm and stopping the production line.
The cause of the failure is that the left and right chains are not synchronized. Therefore, synchronizing the left and right chains can greatly reduce the failure rate of the paraffin production line.
