【1】 Overall design of a hot air circulation melting fully automatic paraffin forming machine
In response to the shortcomings of traditional waste processes and recycling equipment, our research group proposed a hot air melting process and conducted in-depth research on it. Adopting a modular design approach, the hot air circulation melting fully automatic paraffin forming machine studied was designed into functional modules. Based on the design principles that the paraffin forming machine should follow and the specific functions to be achieved, a new type of hot air circulation melting fully automatic paraffin forming machine that meets practical needs was designed. The overall design scheme (arrows indicate the hot air circulation path) was proposed.
The main mechanical mechanisms of the hot air circulation melting fully automatic paraffin forming machine include: hot air circulation mechanism, mixing mechanism, screw extrusion mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fully automatic paraffin forming mechanism. This equipment is mainly used for melt recycling and extrusion molding, achieving recycling and reuse. The working principle of the hot air melting fully automatic paraffin forming machine is: a hot air circulation heating system composed of a heating air box, a fan, and a heating tube provides hot air to the inside of the melting box, and allows the hot air to circulate to heat and melt the inside of the box. The melted material flows through a sieve into the lower discharge port of the melting box under the stirring mechanism and the sweeping of the stirring plate. After being melted, it enters the screw barrel, and then the motor 2 rotates to drive the screw to rotate and extrude the molten material through the mouth mold. The extruded material is then shaped by the cutting structure.
【2】 The main causes of problems in paraffin forming machines
(1) The wax tray is prone to getting stuck during operation, and even gets stuck and damaged
(2) The wax tray chain is prone to stretching and damage, as well as deformation of the entire frame.
(3) Once the wax tray or chain is damaged, it increases maintenance costs and labor intensity
Cause of malfunction:
There are many reasons for chuck, such as chain looseness or tightness, chain wear and elongation, uneven tension between two rows of chains, unequal length, misalignment, unevenness, and gear wear. However, if these reasons are judged solely by operators or maintenance personnel, it is very difficult to determine. If the above situation can be seen through observation, it indicates that the fault has occurred or has occurred, so it is impossible to achieve the purpose of predictive or performance-based maintenance. Based on the above problems, the fundamental solution is to find a method that can help operators or maintenance personnel judge and analyze the reasons for chain looseness, tightness, uneven tension between two rows of chains, unequal length, misalignment, unevenness, and gear wear. This can be achieved by... A method is used to monitor the real-time status of the paraffin forming machine. Before a malfunction occurs, the paraffin forming machine prompts the operator or maintenance personnel to adjust the machine status in advance, so that the malfunction is eliminated in the bud. This not only protects the machine, but also brings convenience to maintenance work, reduces maintenance costs, and meets the safety, satisfaction, long-term, and optimal production needs of the owner.
